Error 404 is an Agent Saboteur gig from El Capitan in Rancho Coronado, Santo Domingo. 6th Street backs Jefferson Peralez in the race for mayor, and runs servers in a garage complex on Oak Street that pump out propaganda against his rival, Holt. El Capitan's client wants that propaganda machine gone, and V has to plant the malware that kills it.
Story
Politics
El Capitan has little love for politics in the journal. Politics, he says, is slimier than anything in town. At least corpos usually say to a person's face how they will cheat them. Politicians bring fake smiles, impossible promises and shameless pandering, all leading up to the moment they rob the voters and pay themselves from their wallets. That is their nature. And the nature of mercs? Blowing things up. He has just such a job.
6th Street is smitten with Jefferson Peralez, and their servers churn out propaganda against Holt. They see Peralez as mayor as some kind of second Abraham Lincoln, here to unite the city with the New United States. Naive fools, El Capitan says. The short version: his client wants 6th Street's propaganda machine gone.
The Garages
6th Street members fill the garage complex, most of them in an open area in the middle, with one on a roof above it and snipers watching from the right. The servers sit in garage 66.
