Jotaro Shobo is a high-ranking member of the Tyger Claws and the owner of the Ho-Oh club in Kabuki, Watson. If Night City held a contest for the most rotten human being, he would have a good chance of winning, or at least of placing near the top. Behind his club's doors he records black braindances, and at least seventeen murders are tied to his name.

The Tyger Claw

Jotaro rose quickly through the Tyger Claws thanks to his intelligence, loyalty and ruthlessness. He rules his underlings with an iron fist, gives orders that leave no room for argument and makes sure every job is done on time. He is never late with the gang's cut, and the steady profit keeps his bosses happy.

The Hunt

The Mox's netrunners finally track him down to the Ho-Oh club. With no reach of their own in that part of town, they turn to Regina Jones, who sends V after him. Jotaro waits in his office on the top floor of the club, behind heavy Tyger Claw security or an open window in a back street. His workshop for black braindances and a shard found on him suggest he has just taken another life.

Jotaro is cold, methodical and cruel. He follows the gang's code to the letter and expects the same from others. He takes pleasure in suffering and records it for profit.

V can kill Jotaro on the spot, and Regina thanks V for it. V can also knock him out and carry him to a driver waiting behind the club, and he is handed over to the Mox for a small bonus. If V gets in and out unseen, his gang later talks about his death as an accident.
