The Quadra Type-66 680 TS is the Type-66 most players buy first. It is a rear-driven muscle coupe with a strong engine, a famous shape and a price that sits within reach early. CrystalCoat lets the owner change its colour whenever they like. Drivers who want the classic Night City muscle car without saving for a Javelina buy this one. The Type-66 680 TS can be bought from the Autofixer once V has the money.
Performance
Power goes to the rear wheels through a large engine, so the 680 TS pulls hard and steps out when the throttle comes in early. The coupe is heavy enough to stay planted at speed and light enough to turn when asked.
It is a straight-line car first. Long roads and highways suit it better than the tight blocks of the city centre. CrystalCoat changes the paint from the vehicle menu.

Lore
The Type-66 is the car Quadra is known for, and it has been on screen as long as it has been on the road. The Database records the verdict of the audience of the show Guns and Horses, who called it the best looking car on the programme.
Everything else in the Type-66 family starts from this shape, from Rogue's Mistral to the Wraiths' Reaver.
Notes
- CrystalCoat changes the car's colour at any time.
