Crash Test is a reported crime in North Oak, Westbrook. A drug dealer got high on his own product, went for a ride and crashed. His partner had just moved their stash to a new spot near Japantown, after the police cleaned out the old one, and the coordinates are still in the wreck.
Story
A Simple Case
The journal calls it a simple case. The dealer got wasted on his own goods and took a drive around town. It is V's lucky day. There is no sense in waiting, when his stash is just begging to be cleaned out.
New Stash
Messages between two dealers, Frank and Kim, explain the stash. Kim writes that the old stash is gone. The cops came by and cleaned it out, so either someone talked or they are being watched. Kim sends the new spot, near Japantown, and warns Frank to make sure nobody follows him.
Drones
Frank has his own plan. A man who deals with the Tyger Claws says they have drones to sell: Militech Moths, jailbroken and stripped of ICE. They are not cheap, but a rival crew run by Jonas already has some, and it is stealing their buyers. Frank wants an answer fast, as the Tyger Claws have another buyer waiting.
