Troublesome Neighbors is a Gun for Hire gig from Regina Jones in Kabuki, Watson, and a personal one. Regina keeps a secret place in a residential block on Cortes and Kennedy Streets. A Tyger Claw named Taki Kenmochi has set up an illegal pachinko operation right on her doorstep, and when the NCPD raids it, they will poke around where they should not.
Story
On My Doorstep
Regina admits in the journal that she has a place in this block in Kabuki. Few know about it, V now included, and she wants to keep it that way. The problem is that a Tyger Claw and friends have set up a pachinko operation right on her doorstep, and that could mean trouble.
Some might think it is better to hide in plain sight. Regina disagrees. When the NCPD cracks down on the pachinko machines, and it is a matter of when, not if, the police will poke their noses into her backyard. She cannot risk them seeing something they should not. V is to deal with Taki Kenmochi, who runs the show. The other Tygers will get the message and leave fast.
The Pachinko Den
One Tyger Claw guards a gate into the compound. Inside, more gangers stand around the machines, with Taki in a small area among them.

Kill or Deliver
If V kills Taki, Regina is delighted: one less Tyger in town. If V delivers her alive, Regina jokes about the big rat V brought her, and is a bit surprised V did not put her out of her misery. The reward is the same either way.
