Welcome to America, Comrade is an Agent Saboteur gig from Regina Jones in Kabuki, Watson. Mikhail Akulov, the Soviet Union's top fixer, has landed in Night City, and says he is only here for a small deal. Nobody believes it. Regina's client wants to follow his every move, which means planting a GPS tracker on his car at the Kabuki docks, quietly.
Story
What's His Game?
Regina sets it up in the journal. When Mikhail Akulov, a top Soviet fixer, landed in Night City, it caused a stir in the business. So far, he says he is only in town to close a small deal. The Soviet Union's best fixer, personally handling minor jobs for pocket change? Regina is not convinced either. So what is his game, and why Night City? Her client wants answers, and wants to follow his every step on city soil. That is why V has to plant a GPS transmitter on his car, clean and quiet.
The Docks
Akulov's car sits in an open container at the docks. Guards stand by the gate and a van, more watch from higher ground, and robots patrol the yard.
