The Fleeting Microcosm is a Finger sorcery in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Fleeting Microcosm is a finger sorcery of Count Ymir, High Priest, one of the secret hallowed rites, and it recreates the microcosm held between the fingers of Metyr and atop the Staff of the Great Beyond. It conjures a microcosm at a foe's feet that pulses once and then bursts, hitting twice with magic damage, and the burst can knock enemies down. Charging raises its damage and radius, but the effect cannot reach through walls and the spell cannot be cast on horseback. The Maternal Staff, the Finger Robe and the Godfrey Icon all boost it, which makes it a key piece of finger sorcery builds built around the Maternal Staff.
Effect
Conjures a microcosm at the target's feet that pulses once and then bursts, hitting twice with magic damage; the burst can knock enemies down, and charging increases damage and radius. Each cast costs 26 FP and 35 stamina and takes up one memory slot.

Fleeting Microcosm is sold by Count Ymir at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr in Scadu Altus for 20,000 runes once the bell at the Finger Ruins of Dheo has been rung for his questline.
