Varré's Bouquet is a Hammer in Elden Ring. It becomes available in the middle of a run.

Varré's Bouquet is a steel mace shaped like a charming bouquet of roses, each petal a sharpened edge left forever stained with blood, and it mirrors White Mask Varré's way of speaking. It is received from Varré himself by invading him in Mohgwyn Palace, just before the Dynasty Mausoleum Midpoint Site of Grace, at the end of his questline. It is the lowest damage hammer, but its 65 blood loss buildup and C Arcane scaling make every hit count toward hemorrhage. Its skill, Blood Tax, spins into a string of thrusts that drain blood and HP, building blood loss far faster than normal attacks and stun-locking enemies with low poise. At 2 weight it suits a Dexterity and Arcane bleed or lifesteal character.

How to Get Varré's Bouquet Guide

It drops from White Mask Varré at the end of his questline, after his invasion is beaten in Mohgwyn Palace and his dialogue is exhausted.

1. Meet White Mask Varré in Limgrave, then visit the Two Fingers at the Roundtable Hold.
2. Talk to Varré outside the Rose Church in Liurnia of the Lakes to receive Festering Bloody Fingers and complete his invasion trial.
3. Take the Lord of Blood's Favor from him, soak it in a maiden's blood and return it.
4. Receive the Pureblood Knight's Medal and use it to reach Mohgwyn Palace.
5. Use Varré's red sign in the hallway before the Dynasty Mausoleum Midpoint Site of Grace and defeat him.
6. Talk to him where he lies near the sign until he dies, then take the bouquet.
