The St. Trina's Blossom is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to Shadow of the Erdtree and waits in the Stone Coffin Fissure.

St. Trina's Blossom is the single water lily left behind by St. Trina at her last, a velvety-purple flower that is in no way poisonous and merely blooms in quietude. It is found on St. Trina's body in the Garden of Deep Purple at the bottom of the Stone Coffin Fissure once Radahn, Consort of Miquella has been defeated. As a head piece it weighs almost nothing and offers very little defense, but it raises maximum FP by about six percent. It suits sleep and spellcasting builds that lean on St. Trina's themes, and anyone who wants a little more FP from a delicate floral look.

Stats

It offers 2 poise for 1 weight, one of the most weight-efficient choices in the slot. Its own effect: Slightly boosts max FP.
