The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is a health and stamina talisman in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is shaped like a two-headed green turtle, a favorite subject in the land of the tower for the spiral shape of its intertwined necks, while turtles in general symbolize inexhaustible power. It raises stamina recovery by 10 points per second, about 22.5% faster than normal. It matches the stamina boost of a Pickled Turtle Neck but lasts as long as it is worn, and it still stacks with Pickled and Well-Pickled Turtle Necks and the Great Turtle Shell. It is the stronger version of the Green Turtle Talisman and cannot be worn alongside it, making it a broad pick for melee builds that spend stamina on attacks, rolls and blocks.
