The Two-Handed Sword Talisman is a damage talisman in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.

The Two-Handed Sword Talisman depicts a warrior two-handing a sword, honoring the horned warriors whose deft attacks made them fitting figureheads for the military might of the tower they guarded. It raises the damage of all weapon attacks made while two-handing by 15%, or 10% in PvP. It stacks with the Claw Talisman for jump attacks, the Axe Talisman for charged heavies and with weapon buffs, but skills, spells, backstabs, ripostes, mounted attacks, bows and paired weapon movesets gain nothing. It suits any melee build that fights with one weapon held in both hands, which covers most strength builds.
