How to Get Mystic Set Guide

The Mystic Set comes only from loot. Its pieces drop at random from bosses and lootable chests in the Nomad Highlands. Each piece drops on its own, so a full set takes many chests and boss kills. A copy of higher rarity unlocks more upgrade perks and reaches a higher item level. The Alchemist upgrades the pieces with Runes, and legendary copies also need Legendary Runes. The wand line continues with the craftable Warlock Set in the Kindlewastes.

Levelling and Upgrades

The Alchemist upgrades mage armor for Runes. These pieces drop at qualities from common to legendary. The quality sets how many upgrade perks a piece can unlock. Legendary pieces unlock the most and need Legendary Runes for the later steps. The perks here add resistance to blunt, piercing, cutting and Shroud damage, more health and mana regeneration, and extra levels in skills such as Wand Mastery, Radiant Aura and Life Essences. Upgraded gear peaks at level 55, far above the Nomad Highlands tier. The wand line continues with the craftable Warlock Set in the Kindlewastes. Outgrown pieces salvage back into runes.

Lore

The hat is a wizard hat for lunar ceremonies and divinations. The coat is made of fine dyed cloth, and its metal clasps alone are valuable. Aquamarine stones decorate the gloves.

Tips

The Mystic Set is made for wand casters, since its gloves and chest raise wand damage. The hat adds a large boost to critical damage, so it pairs well with anything that raises critical chance. The gloves also hit magical enemies harder, which helps against enemy spellcasters. Staff users get more from the Magician Set, which covers the same tier.
