Wizard Set

Wizard Set

Type	Armour set
Class	Magic
Level	13

The Wizard Set is a Revelwood magic armor set for wand casters. Its strength is critical damage on the hat and wand damage on the gloves and chest. Its pieces drop from chests and bosses in the Revelwood.

Pieces

The hat adds a large boost to critical damage. The gloves and chest raise wand damage. The pants add mana regeneration, and the boots add health regeneration. The set suits a caster who fires a wand quickly instead of charging staff spells.

Wizard Boots	Boots	13

How to Get Wizard Set Guide

The Wizard Set comes only from loot. Its pieces drop at random from bosses and lootable chests in Revelwood. Each piece drops on its own, so a full set takes many chests and boss kills. A copy of higher rarity unlocks more upgrade perks and reaches a higher item level. The Alchemist upgrades the pieces with Runes, and legendary copies also need Legendary Runes. The wand line continues with the Mystic Set in the Nomad Highlands.

Levelling and Upgrades

The Alchemist upgrades mage armor for Runes. These pieces drop at qualities from common to legendary. The quality sets how many upgrade perks a piece can unlock. Legendary pieces unlock the most and need Legendary Runes for the later steps. The perks here add resistance to blunt, piercing, cutting and Shroud damage, more health and mana regeneration, and extra levels in skills such as Wand Mastery, Radiant Aura and Life Essences. Upgraded gear peaks at level 55, far above the Revelwood tier. The wand line continues with the Mystic Set in the Nomad Highlands. Outgrown pieces salvage back into runes.

Lore

Some farmers believe wizards store their magic in their brimmed hats, a rumor the description calls false, mostly. The chest protects against stray sparks, sudden cold flashes and unplanned explosions. The dark gloves make spellcasting feel ominous, and the pants are dark too.

Tips

The Wizard Set is made for wand casters, since its gloves and chest raise wand damage. The hat adds a large boost to critical damage, so anything that raises critical chance pairs well with it. Staff users get more from the craftable Mage Set of the same tier. Wands fire quickly, so the mana regeneration on the pants helps keep the spells flowing. The boots add health regeneration for a little extra staying power.
