Okinj is a unique variant of the [[Skyrim:Nord Hero War Axe]|Nord Hero War Axe]] found in The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. Okin can be found alongside its twin weapon Eduj within the Nordic Tomb Volenruud.

How to Get Okin Location Guide
Where to find the Okin Location?
You can find the unique weapon Okin alongside its twin weapon Eduj during the quest Silenced Tongues, which can be started by reading the notes after entering the Nordic Tomb Volenruud (as shown in the video above). The Dragonborn must defeat the draugr boss Kvenel the Tongue who duel wields both the sword Eduj, war axe Okin and uses Dragon Shouts.

Weapon Levels
Some weapons in Skyrim are Levelled. The power of a levelled weapon is based on your charcters level when you get them. Some get stronger in both physical and magical aspects, while others only improve their enchantments. These items don't get better as your character levels up.
