The best weapon in Skyrim for two-handed weapon users is the Stormgand. Even though its only a unique Steel Greatsword its enchantment deals 30 points of shock damage at level 1.

How to Get the Stormfang?
Where to find the Stormfang Location?
To get Stormfang you must travel to the island of Solstheim and go to the bandit reaver camp location, Brodir Grove located north east from Raven Rock. Stormfang is held by a reaver lord, but it is still possible to obtain Stormfang at level 1 (as shown in the video guide above).
Gameplay Tips and Tricks
Stormfang is the most powerful two handed weapon in Skyrim to get at level 1, since it deals 47 damage per hit, with a base damage of 17 and an additional shock damage of 30.
