Eat Bukeperries and the next fifteen seconds are miserable: no regeneration, half speed, a point of damage every couple of seconds, and one eaten meal undone each time. That is exactly the point, because it empties a stomach full of the wrong food. Look for them on the Fuling Shaman and the Greydwarf Shaman in the Plains.
How to Get It
They come from shamans, not from foraging. The berries drop from Greydwarf Shamans in the Black Forest and Fuling Shamans in the Plains, which makes them cheap early and easy to stock later. They go into no cooking or brewing recipe, so a handful in a chest near your Cauldron is enough. Keep one on you before a boss fight if you suspect you have eaten the wrong three meals.
Notes
Eating Rotten Meat empties your stomach in the same way, which makes it a late-game alternative.
