Seeker Meat is pale, tender flesh hidden under a chitin shell, cut from the Seekers and Seeker Soldiers that swarm the Mistlands. You cannot eat it raw.
How to Get It
Kill Seekers or Seeker Soldiers anywhere in the Mistlands to farm it. An ordinary one drops a single piece, a one-star drops two and a two-star drops four, and since seekers come quickly and in numbers, one trip usually leaves you with plenty. To eat it you first cook it on an Iron Cooking Station, which means smelting iron from scrap dug out of the Swamp first. Raw Seeker Meat also goes straight onto a Food Preparation Table for the heavier Mistlands dishes, which use the raw meat rather than the cooked one.
Notes
- For a magic build, Seeker Aspic is the best eitr food in the Mistlands.
- Seekers are everywhere in the Mistlands, while Meat Platters are held back by the rarer Hare Meat. That makes Cooked Seeker Meat a good everyday food for trips back to older biomes or for base building.
