Every material in the Drake Helmet comes from the Mountain: silver from the rock, a pelt from a wolf and a trophy from a Drake. It has 20 armour, or 26 fully upgraded, and ranks 5th among helmets. Worn with the rest of the Wolf Armor set, it is part of a 61 armour rating, which turns a 100-damage hit into 41.

How to Craft

You craft it at a level 1 forge from:

  • 20x Silver: Smelted from silver ore in a smelter.
  • 2x Wolf Pelt: Dropped by wolves in the Mountain.
  • 2x Drake Trophy: Dropped by the Drake.

Wolf Pelt Wolf Pelt Mountain - spawn WolfPelt
Drake trophy Drake Trophy Mountain - spawn TrophyHatchling

When to Use It

It is a mid-game helmet. Silver lies under the Mountain snow and you need a Wishbone to find it, so this comes after Bonemass.

Upgrades

You can upgrade it 3 times after crafting, and each level needs the station built one step higher than the last. All other stats on this page are for quality 1, so use this table to see where your own copy sits:

Notes

  • Armor lowers physical, fire, frost and lightning damage, but poison and spirit damage go straight through it.
  • While your armor is less than half of a hit's damage, it is simply subtracted from the hit. Once it reaches half the damage or more, the damage taken becomes the damage squared divided by four times your armor, so doubling your armor halves the damage you take.
  • Your armor rating is the total of the helmet, chest, leg and cape pieces you wear.
