Late gear stalls at a ceiling until a Gem Cutter stands beside the bench that made it. This Crafting Stations extension, built from Flametal, Ashwood, Morgen Sinew and Bloodstone, raises a Black Forge by a level, and that is what unlocks the final upgrades on Mistlands weapons and armour.

How to Build It

It costs 5 flametal, 8 ashwood, 2 morgen sinew and 1 bloodstone. Place it near a Workbench and inside the Black Forge's radius so it counts. Every ingredient on that list comes from the Ashlands, which is why it is usually the last extension anyone builds, long after your first Forge. Keep it under the same roof as the Black Forge: ashwood is still wood, and the Black Forge needs cover anyway.
