Mashed Meat turns scraps from the Asksvin and Voltures that stalk the Ashlands into something worth eating. It gives a hundred points of health, beaten only by Piquant Pie.

How to Make It

Kill Asksvin for a tail and Voltures for their meat, both in the Ashlands, and pick a Fiddlehead from a fern in the Ashlands Ruins while you are out there. One of each goes into a level six Cauldron, so you need all five cauldron attachments built before the recipe appears. The trip is the hard part, not the cooking, since reaching the Ashlands means a sea crossing you may not get back from. A serving lasts twenty five minutes.
