The pancake that comes out is an eitr meal with 105 eitr, 37 health and 18 stamina for 30 minutes, tied for the most eitr of any food in the game. The batter weighs 1 and stacks to 10.

1x Moose Meat: dropped by Moose in the Deep North.
2x Poteitr: grown from Seed Poteitr on tilled ground.
2x Lingonberries: picked from Lingonberry bushes in the Deep North.
2x Oat Flour: ground from Oats in a Windmill.

How to Get It

Every ingredient is a Deep North item. The Moose Meat comes from moose and the Lingonberries from bushes across the biome, while the Poteitr and Oat Flour come from a farm at a southern base, since neither crop grows in the north itself.

Bake it in a Stone Oven for about 50 seconds. Leave it in for more than 100 and it burns into coal. The oven takes four at a time.

A level 6 Cauldron needs five of its six extensions: the Spice Rack, Butcher's Table, Pots and Pans, Mortar and Pestle, and Rolling Pins and Cutting Boards.
