Knock a bee nest out of the rafters of a ruined house in the Meadows, and a Queen Bee drops out of it along with the honey.
How to Get It
Bee nests hang inside abandoned houses, abandoned villages and draugr villages in the Meadows, and in the contested towers of the Black Forest. Any weapon will break one, but while you are hitting it the bees fight back with poison damage in a short radius. Either step in, swing and step back, or shoot the nest from range. Any tool tier will do, and a starting axe or a crude bow is enough. Nests do not regrow, so every world has a limited number of queens, and each one is worth taking whenever you pass it.
