A Standing Brazier is the grand version of a torch: a metal bowl on a leg with coals glowing in it. You build it in the Lighting tab from 5x Bronze, 2x Coal and 3x Fenris Claws. It throws a wide, warm pool of light and suits a mead hall or a throne room far better than a row of sticks in the ground.
How to Build It
It costs five Bronze, two Coal and three Fenris Claws, so you need a trip into the Mountains for the claws first, and it must be placed within range of a Forge. Coal is its fuel as well as part of its cost, so keep a stack nearby. The catch is the weather: a brazier open to the sky goes out in the rain, so put a roof over it or accept a dark hall every storm. With only 100 durability, it is not something to leave outside the walls.
