Turnip Stew gives more stamina than anything else you can carry on a Swamp expedition. You cook it in a Cauldron from Meadows game and a farmed root.

How to Make It

The recipe needs a level 2 Cauldron, one Boar Meat and three Turnips. Boar are the easiest kill in the Meadows, but Turnips grow nowhere on their own, so the stew really starts with Turnip Seeds found among the roots and undergrowth of the Swamp. Sow those at home with a Cultivator and the crop keeps itself going, since planting a grown Turnip back in the soil returns seeds for the next round.
