The Ash of War: Piercing Fang is an Ash of War in Elden Ring that grants the Keen affinity and the Piercing Fang skill. It is a mid-game find in the Altus Plateau.
Piercing Fang is the signature technique of Bloody Finger Hunter Yura: the wielder holds the blade level, then drives forward in a long lunging thrust that ignores the target's guard entirely. The thrust deals pierce damage, hits much harder than a normal attack and deals heavy stance damage, especially on greatswords and great spears. It turns many weapons that normally bounce off shields into reliable shield breakers. It suits Dexterity builds and anyone fighting heavily guarded enemies or players.
Stats
It grants the Keen affinity and a Whetblade can switch it to Standard, Heavy, Quality, Fire, Flame Art, Lightning, Sacred, Magic, Cold, Poison, Blood or Occult. The skill costs 16 FP. It fits Straight Sword, Light Greatsword, Greatsword, Thrusting Sword, Heavy Thrusting Sword, Katana, Great Katana, Twinblade, Spear, Great Spear, Halberd and Thrusting Shield.

Skill
The direction of the lunge can be aimed at the start of the wind-up, so it should be lined up before the thrust leaves. The long wind-up is easy to read, so it is best used as a punish after an enemy commits to an attack or against turtling shield users. It can be parried, and without enough FP it no longer pierces guards.

Notes
