The Ash of War: Repeating Thrust is an Ash of War in Elden Ring that grants the Keen affinity and the Repeating Thrust skill. It is available within the first few hours of a run.
Repeating Thrust twists the body to build power, then unleashes a quick flurry of four thrusts dealing pierce damage. The first and last thrusts hit hardest, and the four hits together apply up to three times the weapon's status buildup and weapon buff damage. It is cheap on FP and comes out quickly on light weapons such as rapiers and straight swords. It suits Dexterity and status builds using thrusting weapons.

It grants the Keen affinity and a Whetblade can switch it to Standard, Heavy, Quality, Fire, Flame Art, Lightning, Sacred, Magic, Cold, Poison, Blood or Occult. The skill costs 7 FP. How to Get Ash of War: Repeating Thrust Guide
- Dropped by the Night's Cavalry that patrols the bridge north of Agheel Lake in Limgrave at night, southeast of the Gatefront Ruins.
- Once obtained, it can be duplicated by trading Lost Ashes of War to Smithing Master Hewg at the Roundtable Hold.

Skill
The flurry is best used as a punish after a dodge or a guard counter window, since each of the four thrusts can be parried. Pairing it with a weapon buff or a bleed or frost weapon gets the most from its multiple hits. The start-up is slower on greatswords and great katanas, so those are better used against staggered targets.
