The Milady is a Light Greatsword in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

The Milady is a light greatsword whose blade is of full greatsword length but whose weight has been whittled to the absolute minimum, nicknamed after ladies of noble status for its refined look. It sits in a chest atop a watchtower at the entrance to Castle Ensis, reachable early on the way into Castle Ensis. Like other light greatswords it is fast and fluid, with greatsword reach, and its heavy attack is two strong swings that continue into two more on a second press. It scales D in Strength and Dexterity, weighs 6.5 and accepts a wide range of Ashes of War, including Wing Stance, which only light greatswords can take. It suits a Strength and Dexterity character who likes long multi-hit combos.

Impaling Thrust costs 9 FP. The wielder gathers power, then lunges forward into a strong piercing thrust that punches through an enemy's guard. Most of the damage gets past a raised shield, which makes it a reliable answer to turtling enemies and players. The thrust can be parried. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.
