Seluvis's Rise is the southern tower of the Three Sisters, beyond Caria Manor in Liurnia of the Lakes. It is the study of Preceptor Seluvis, Ranni's advisor. The door stays sealed until Ranni has been met at her rise. A Memory Stone can be found inside.
