Fox Chase is a ruined village south-west of Surat's Rest, where the Nomad Highlands meet the Springlands. Its story began with a seed. A villager named Hemming bought a strange seed that sprouted fast and glowed faintly in his garden. He dreamed of it at night and wanted the whole village to plant it. Today a Shroud Root grows in the village, and a red zone lies in the ground beneath it. On a body upstairs in the main ruin lies the Reaper's Wand.
Where to Find Fox Chase - Map Location
Fox Chase lies a short way south-west of Surat's Rest. A Night Sanctum stands just west of the village, and a Gem Forge is to the north-west. Vukah Ceremony Hill lies further north-west. The Shroud Root grows in the village itself.

Chests
One gold chest sits in the corner of the ruined building, and another on the west side of the ruin. A silver chest waits in the basement of a house south-east of the village. The wooden chest on the first floor is locked and needs a Lockpick.

Lore Pages
"Glorious Seeds!" lies underground near the red zone, behind a locked door that needs some digging, or through the way in from the east. It is the only page of Reap What You Sow, Hemming's happy note about the glowing seed. "Spread" lies upstairs, past the first note. A body there holds the Reaper's Wand, and a red light appears when it is taken. The wand is a lore weapon that gives off a faint blue light and demands to be wielded.
