The Low Meadows are the eastern sub-region of the Springlands: the same meadows and farmland, but lower ground that the Shroud has swallowed far more of. Villages like Fox Chase and Netherton sit deep in the fog, while the Vukah hold the hills around Vukah Ceremony Hill. Revelwood lies to the north and the Nomad Highlands to the east.
How to Get to Low Meadows
Walk east from the Springlands. The open ground is safe from the start, but most of the Shroud here needs Flame level 2. The quickest way to the spire is to glide from the top of the Springlands spire to the Hunter's vault, then on from its roof.

Ancient Spire
The Low Meadows spire unlocks fast travel and marks the obelisk The Flame Touched Face, which in turn marks the Shroud Roots and Flame Shrines nearby. The Flame also gives the quest Finding And Using A Gem Forge here. Shrines in this part of the region give 1 Spark each, like the rest of the Springlands.

Shroud
A Night Sanctum west of Fox Chase holds the region's high-tier Gem Forge, and another Gem Forge lies in the Shroud south of Wistful Fields, next to a Shroud Lair. Shroud Roots grow at Fox Chase, east of Saline Quarry and at the Ring of Rot, the last one guarded by a Fell Thunderbrute boss.
Resources
The Low Meadows share the Springlands' materials, with more coming from the Shroud: Shroud Wood, Shroud Liquid and the spores the Fell drop. Cave passages here hold Salt and Luminous Growth veins.
