Low Tide is a village in the Shroud in the extreme south-east of the Kindlewastes. It grew around an Elixir distillery. A Fell Thunderbrute now guards the village, and a Shroud Root grows here. A note by the cave south of the village tells of a strange gift. A ghostly figure known as the Mysterious Wanderer gave someone a corrupted staff as a reward. That staff is the Shroud Weaver, and it once belonged to the Wanderer, the one who brought the Elixir to the land.

Unique Loot
The Shroud Weaver is a lore staff. Its description calls it a malicious staff that effortlessly weaves the strings of fate into the Shroud. The note says it was hidden on top of the wooden structure that overlooks the Elixir distillery. After it is found, it can also be crafted.

Lore Pages
"I Must Protect The Weapon" lies on the table by the cave entrance just south of Low Tide. It is the only page of The Mysterious Wanderer Appears. The writer first felt insulted by the reward, then saw it as a great gift. The writer calls the Wanderer a specter who distorts reality like a dream, and is still haunted by visions of the floating figure.
