Shroud Weaver is the corrupted staff of the Mysterious Wanderer. It boosts Shroud spell damage and crit damage. It also raises the Mana Currents skill by three levels.

Damage By Level

Base damage grows with item level and with rarity. The table shows the base damage before perks and gems. Each perk adds its own bonus on top.

Enhancements by Level

Each upgrade at the Alchemist raises a copy by one level and unlocks the next enhancement. The levels count from the copy's own level, so a level 9 copy unlocks them at levels 10 to 14. Rarity sets how many upgrades a copy takes: one for common, up to five for legendary.

Special Ability

Spellcasting: A staff casts the spell held in its equipped spell charges, and every cast costs mana. The spells are crafted by the Alchemist. Every staff in the game works this way.

How to Get Shroud Weaver Guide

The Alchemist crafts it from Celestium Bars, Glass, Moonstone Dust and Shroud Adhesive. Crafting needs a sheltered spot. Crafted copies are Rare, at item level 46.

Lore

The Shroud Weaver is the corrupted staff of the Mysterious Wanderer, the hooded figure who brought the Elixir to Embervale. Its description calls it a malicious staff that weaves the strings of fate into the Shroud. The Wanderer spoke to people in their dreams and told them to dig. He gave Lord Vorgoth boss a blue flask and the plans for the Elixir Wells. In the final battle, Vorgoth's body becomes the Wanderer's vessel.

The Shroud Weaver scales with Intelligence, which adds five percent magic damage per point.
