The Fell Critter Queen is a boss of Enshrouded, found in Revelwood, the Nomad Highlands and the Kindlewastes. It is weak to fire and blunt damage.
Fell Critter Queen Location
In the Shroud north-west of Low Tide and north of Scatterbone, in the far south-east corner of the map. This version is harder and is surrounded by red exploding critters.

Resistances and Weaknesses
Weaknesses:
- Fire (x1.5 damage taken).
- Blunt (x1.5 damage taken).
- Cutting and Piercing (x1.2 damage taken).
- Low health pool; she goes down quickly once you can hit her.
Resistances: Shroud damage (immune, like all Fell).
How to Beat the Fell Critter Queen
- If you plan to summon her at a mound, bring a Shroud Core. The Alchemist crafts one from 10 Shroud Spores and 10 Shroud Liquid.
- Stay on the move the whole fight, whatever your weapon.
- Kill the summoned critters as soon as they arrive; area attacks work best on the swarm.
- Ranged builds: use the gaps between critter waves to shoot the queen from a distance, or kite her and chip away.
- Melee builds: roll past her claw swipe and hit her from behind.
- Destroy Fell Critter Nests with a felling axe or fire so they stop feeding critters into the fight.

Lore
The Giant Critter Scales item text calls them huge, hard scales that are light yet very tough, ideal for strong and flexible armour.
Notes
- She is a miniboss rather than a full boss, and belongs to the Fell faction.
- She guards Elixir Wells, Shroud Roots and other points of interest in the Shroud.
- Giant Critter Scales are the only reason most players hunt her: they go into seven recipes, namely Adventurer Chest (5), Tank Chestplate (5), Healer Tunic (3), Mage Chest (3), Marksman Vest (3), Ranger Vest (3) and Ghostly Shield (1).
- She drops Runes, which upgrade gear and reset skill points at the Flame Altar.
