The Quiet Caves are a Cyclops boss lair in the north-east of the Albaneve Summits. Despite the name, a Cyclops boss lives inside. Yaks graze around the caves, and the Farmer sends the player here to tame one. The caves also hold the Left Cyclops Arm, one piece of the Cyclops Statue for the Collector's showcase.
Where to Find Quiet Caves - Map Location
The Quiet Caves lie north-east of the Albaneve Summits Ancient Spire. Giant Skeleton "Orpheus" and the Obsidian Mine are to the north. Gateway Outpost "Alba" lies to the west, and the Forge Of Obsidia is to the north-west. A cave passage opens to the south-east.

Quests
In Gathering Wool In The Albaneve Summits, the Farmer wants a Yak for wool. The wool makes warmer padding kits and armour against the biting winds. The quest first asks for Yak Food Bait, then marks the Yak herd at the Quiet Caves. Any Yak can be tamed, though the quest only moves on once the marked area is reached. A tamed Yak has to be fed and petted until it is comfortable, then carried home.
