Luna Moth Wing comes from catching luna moths, which fly only at night. Invisibility and Regenerate Health are its most useful effects for brewing.

Location
Luna moths appear between 8 PM and 11 PM, mixed in with torchbugs. The fields around Whitewatch Tower north of Whiterun have many. Talking Stone Camp, Shadowgreen Cavern and Autumnshade Clearing are other good spots.
