Bee is an insect ingredient caught as it flies around beehives. Looting a beehive also gives a bee. Restore Stamina and Regenerate Stamina are its most useful effects for brewing.

Location

Large swarms gather around the beehives at Honeystrand Cave in the Rift. More bees fly northwest of Halldir's Cairn and west of Tolvald's Cave. Some apothecary's satchels hold bees too.

Gameplay Tips

Step into Honeystrand Cave and back out to make a fresh swarm of bees appear.
