You cannot craft, mine or loot the Barber Kit. You buy it from Hildir , the travelling clothier who keeps a camp somewhere in the Meadows , and it is the only way to place the chair that changes your hair and beard.
How to Get It Hildir's Camp is not marked until you find it, and it never sits near the middle of the world, so expect a long ride out through the Meadows before you can open her trading menu. The kit costs six hundred Coins , which come from chests and crypt loot in the Black Forest and Swamp and from Fuling villages in the Plains . No boss, tool or station gates it: all you need is the coins and the search.
