Eyescream gives twenty one health and sixty five stamina, which makes it a food for climbing and running rather than fighting. For a long stretch of the game, nothing else tops up your stamina like it. Its ingredients come from the Black Forest and the Mountain.
How to Make It
You need a Cauldron upgraded to level 3 with a Butcher's Table. That table needs silver, so Bonemass and the Wishbone come first. The recipe takes three Greydwarf Eyes, easy to farm on any Black Forest night, and one Freeze Gland from a Drake shot down over the Mountains. Bring Frost Resistance Mead or wolf armour when you go for the gland, because the drakes are the least of the trouble up there.

Notes
