Fish 'n' Bread is stamina food first: it gives 90 stamina for a full half hour. You bake it in a Stone Oven once a Mistlands fish and Plains barley have been worked into the dough.

How to Make It

Catch an Anglerfish off the coast of the Mistlands. That needs Misty Fishing Bait, made at a Food Preparation Table from twenty ordinary bait and a Lox trophy. Grind Barley into flour at a Windmill, then work ten flour into Bread Dough at the preparation table. Combine one Anglerfish with two dough to get the uncooked version. Bake it in a Stone Oven for 50 seconds and take it out promptly, because at around a hundred seconds the whole thing turns to Coal. It also gives 30 health, so pair it with something heartier.
