Frosted Sweetbread gives forty three health and forty three stamina, an unusually even split for a sweet bake, and it lasts half an hour. It comes out of a Stone Oven stocked entirely from the Plains.

How to Make It

Bake one Unbaked Sweetbread in a Stone Oven for roughly fifty seconds and take it out promptly, because twice that long turns the tray into coal. You mix the dough at a Food Preparation Table from two Cloudberries, one Egg, one Barley Flour and one Honey, and each mix makes two. Cloudberries are foraged in the Plains, and Barley is farmed there and then milled in a Windmill. Eggs mean keeping hens, and the first ones come from a chest in a Plains tower or from Haldor once Yagluth is dead.
