How to Get It

The recipe is two Seal Blubber, two Kale and two Ice at a level 7 Cauldron. It ties with Meat in Bread for the most health of any food, 110 for 30 minutes, and its ingredients are easier to get: seals never fight back, while every moose does. The description recommends it on a cold day.

Its 110 health ranks joint first, tied with Meat in Bread. Its 147 total across health, stamina and eitr ranks number 10, tied with Meat in Bread and Oat Milk.
While it lasts it regenerates 7 health a tick. Like every food, its values drop over its 30 minutes, slowly at first and quickly near the end.
A level 7 Cauldron needs all six extensions. The last one is the Smoker, built from five Bloodgold and six Timberwood, so these recipes only open up once you have broken your first Petrified Gammeltroll.
