History
In the quest The Final Trial, Geralt and Lambert travel here together. They need to fill a phylactery with energy. The road crosses a lake full of drowners and foglets. It then runs through the cave of Old Speartip and over mountain passes held by rock trolls. At the circle, the torches are lit with the Igni Sign. The phylactery is then placed on the altar to charge.
