Family Heirloom is a Search and Recover gig from Rogue Amendiares in Charter Hill, Westbrook, open after Wakako's gig A Shrine Defiled. Dan, the son of Samurai's keyboardist Nancy Hartley, lost his car in a card game, and in its boot a one of a kind bootleg recording of Samurai. Rogue knew Dan when he was a boy who called her "aunty", and she wants the album back. The new owner is a hanger on of 6th Street.
Story
Fools and Sages
Rogue opens the journal with an old saying: if there were no fools, there would be no sages, and the same goes for fixers. The fool in need of help is Dan, a man with a gambling problem who recently lost his car at cards. The car is no great loss, as Dan has plenty. But in its boot was a one of a kind bootleg recording of Samurai.
How did Dan come by it? He is Nancy's son, the same Nancy who played keyboard for the band, back when the snotty boy called Rogue "aunty". Rogue's gut says the recording has not been sold yet and is still stashed nearby. If V can manage it, there is a bonus for bringing back Dan's car too. The man holding the goods licks 6th Street's boots, so V should expect another fool, a stubborn one.
The Garage
The car park on Crockett Street is busy with 6th Street members patrolling and working. A locker at the right end of the garage holds the bootleg shard and the car keys, along with a pair of shoes that once belonged to Johnny.
