The Ash of War: Quickstep is an Ash of War in Elden Ring that grants the Keen affinity and the Quickstep skill. It can be picked up early in a run.
Quickstep is a fast dash in any direction that grants a burst of invulnerability frames, a little shorter on repeated uses. Stepping sideways while locked on circles around the target, which makes it easy to get behind slow enemies. It costs very little FP and covers more ground with a light equip load. It suits agile builds that rely on repositioning and backstabs rather than rolling.

Skill
A light attack right after the step comes out as a rolling attack when stepping forward, or a quick backstep attack when stepping sideways or backwards. Running out of FP cuts the invulnerability window sharply, so FP should be kept up. Quickstep works best against single targets with readable swings; heavy area attacks are still safer to roll.
