Fell Twins is a field boss in Elden Ring.
The Fell Twins are a pair of giant Omen who ambush travelers on the bridge to the Divine Tower of East Altus. A black fog falls over the bridge as they appear, swallowing all light. One swings an axe burning with bloodflame, and the other wields a cleaver wreathed in golden wraiths. Both must fall to clear the way to the tower.
Lore
The twins are huge Omen with horned, twisted bodies. One has had its horns cut away and wields a warped axe coated in bloodflame. The other is strongly accursed and swings an Omen cleaver it can wrap in wraiths.
When they rise, a black fog descends on the bridge, and the lone torch-bearing soldier who guarded it lies dead at the newcomer's feet.
Where to find Fell Twins Location?

| Parry | Yes |
Attacks
- Axe Swings: a slow four-hit chain of axe swings and a swipe; roll back or through each swing.
- Running Grab: it spreads its arms and chases its target to slam them down; wait for the hands to close before rolling.
- Somersault Slam: it flips into the air and crashes down on its back; roll back just before the landing.
- Charged Punch: it raises its left hand and leaps in with a punch; roll through it.
- Golden Wraiths: the cleaver twin bursts with gold and sends homing orbs after its target; keep away from the burst and roll as the orbs close in.
- Golden Breath: a cone of golden energy, often two or three times in a row; dodge it from close range.
- Golden Sword Slam: the glowing cleaver slams down and releases chasing orbs; watch for the golden glow and dodge the orbs.
Tactics
- Equip a lantern, since the fog makes the bridge pitch black.
- Carry Staunching Boluses for the bleeding axe.
- Lure the faster axe twin away and kill it first.
- Then fight the cleaver twin alone and watch for its golden glow.
- Use a fast weapon for burst damage or a heavy weapon to break their stance.
- Backstab or parry either twin when an opening appears.
