Lantern is a tool in Elden Ring.
The Lantern is a small light worn at the waist. It lights the area around the user without taking up a hand. Its light is dimmer than a torch. It is a must for dark caves and underground areas when both hands are needed for fighting.
Effect
Using the Lantern once turns it on and using it again turns it off. It hangs at the waist, so both hands stay free for weapons and shields.
