Briar Heart
Briar Heart is taken from Forsworn Briarhearts, who carry it in place of a human heart. Hagravens give the heart to these Forsworn warriors in a ritual. Fortify Magicka and Restore Magicka are its most useful effects for brewing.

Location
Loot it from the bodies of Forsworn Briarhearts. Gallows Rock and Japhet's Folly Towers each hold two hearts. Some apothecaries sell it as well.
Notes
- Taking the heart from a living Briarheart with a pickpocket kills him at once.
- The quest Repairing the Phial needs a Briar Heart to mend the White Phial.
