Hawk Beak
Hawk Beak is taken from the bodies of hawks shot from the sky. Each hawk also gives Hawk Feathers. Resist Frost and Resist Shock are its most useful effects for brewing.

Many hawks circle in and around Solitude. Alchemist shops sometimes sell the beak. One lies in the torture room of Alftand.
Gameplay Tips
Mix it with Snowberries and a Resist Fire ingredient for a potion that resists fire, frost and shock.
