Brew of Animal Whispers halves the patience a pen demands: it cuts the taming time of every creature within roughly sixty metres from thirty minutes to fifteen. It smells as bad as it sounds. Its materials come from the Mountain.

How to Make It

Brew Mead Base: Animal Whispers in a Mead Ketill set over a fire, from five Onions, ten Carrots and one Pungent Pebbles. The Onions start as seeds looted from Mountain caves and the Carrots as seeds picked off the Black Forest floor, while the Bog Witch sells the Pebbles for coin out in the Swamp. Put the base in a Fermenter and wait two in-game days for six bottles. A bottle lasts ten minutes, so a slow tame may need a second one partway through.
