Unfading Candles burn on without ever guttering. They are a Mistlands extension for the Galdr Table, listed under Crafting Stations and set in cold Black Marble. Placing them beside the table raises its level, which opens the higher tiers of staves and lets you upgrade the magic gear already in your pack.

How to Build It

The cost is steep: 10 Black Marble, 3 Skeleton Trophies, 10 Refined Eitr and 15 Resin. Both the marble and the eitr mean serious Mistlands work before the recipe is even available. Place the candles next to a Galdr Table, close enough to attach to it. The table will not work without a roof and walls around it, so the candles end up indoors alongside it. Keep any Skeleton trophies you pick up in burial chambers early on, because hunting three of them later is easily the slowest part of the build.
